Production Facilities – Capacity

In our modern factory area, combining up to date machinery, automation technology and know-how, we ensure a capacity exceeding 20.000 top quality fiberglass ladders per year. Ladders made of fiberglass reinforced polyester rails (pultrusion rails) and aluminium rungs are manufactured in three steps.

Production of pultrusion profile for the rails:

Pultrusion profile is produced by impregnating glass fiber reinforcements with unsaturated polyester resin and passing them through a heated mould, where the curing (crosslinking and hardening) reaction of polyester takes place, resulting in a high strength, solid profile.

Trimming and assembly:

Pultrusion profile is cut and trimmed automatically and after that follows the assembly of the aluminium rungs onto the pultruded rails by compression machinery, ensuring high strength, stiffness and resilience of the ladder.

Rigging of the ladder:

Last production step is fixing of all necessary accessories onto the assembled ladder, quality control and packing.
